North Staffordshire, to date, has slipped below the radar on lists of buy to let hotspots but with so many fantastic areas to invest in, cheap purchase prices and good rental yields, 2017 could be the year that investors wise up to the fantastic investment returns North Staffordshire has to offer.

The Westlands

Seabridge

Situated just above The Westlands, Seabridge is a place packed full of impressive properties and its ideal location makes it a secure and peaceful place to live in North Staffordshire.

 

Clayton

Another green suburb of the ever-popular borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Clayton is very accessible to the M6 and the town centre. The area boasts a variety of properties, particularly in the popular Westbury Park area.
