Our aim is to help borrowers take advantage of a purchase opportunity or help them raise finance against property they already own.
Where we are funding the refinance or redevelopment of a property, we can offer stage options which allow a borrower to draw down funding at various stages of the development. In such a case, the borrower only pays interest on the funds they have drawn down and not on the value of the facility.

1st charge (2nd charges are available in certain circumstances)
Option to service or part service interest

Loans from £27.5k - £2m
Happy to look at heavy refurbishment / conversions / development finance
On heavy refurbishment deals we can lend up to 70% of purchase price & 70% of refurbishment costs
Joint Ventures and 100% funding considered
We lend in England, Wales & Scotland
We consider all scenarios including re-bridging existing bridges
Ability to take a “commercial view”
Impaired / adverse credit can be considered
Rates from 1% pm
