£199 for the first person and £99 for each additional person 18 years and over who will be residing at the property.
Check out fee £99. We are committed to a service of unbiased deposit assessment so an impartial, accredited clerk will carry out the report at the property.
There is a fee of £25 per applicant aged 18 and over to undergo the Right to Rent check as part of the application process.
£150 for room shares (HMO, house in multiple occupation) per person, per room (this covers all administration fees, credit and reference checks, right to rent checks, inventories, checkouts, move in etc).
If a guarantor is required, there is an additional charge of £99 per guarantor to credit and reference check the guarantor.
Corporate let administration fees are £299 + Vat per property.
Commercial leases are £349 per application.
Our tenancy renewal fee is £99.
We do not charge fees to supply references for our tenants.
A holding deposit of 50% of the 1st months rent is required should you wish to make an offer to rent. This deposit will then be deducted from the final balance due.
