Bill Rockett

Director

Bill has been running Rockett Home Rentals for nearly twenty years, moving across to lettings after many years in IT. Bill is a font of knowledge on what is happening in the local area and where to invest.

Bill has a passion for music and regularly attends concerts around the country. He loves travelling and time permitting enjoys taking city breaks especially to view the amazing architecture and of course to sample the local cuisine. He especially loves visiting the USA and Canada.

To complement the company’s ALRA accreditation, Bill is a licensed ARLA agent and is ARLA Management accredited.

Hayley Pugh

Administrator

Hayley’s role in the company is as an office administrator. Hayley has been with the company for nearly eight years and is the point of contact for anything related to accounts.

Hayley has moved across to lettings after years of commercial experience in finance, managing a construction firm. Hayley is a qualified flute and piano teacher and adores her pet dog Bella.

Laura Holdcroft

Office Manager

Laura is the office manager and has been with Rockett Home Rentals for four years. Laura joined us after nearly 8 years working in human resources. She is looking to complete her ARLA Residential Letting and Property Management Qualification and is keen to learn all aspects of the business.

Laura enjoys music and going to venues to see live acts. She also has two young children and enjoys spending times with her family.

Sarah James

Letting Agent

Sarah is a Law graduate who will cover all things lettings at Rockett Home Rentals, but primarily focused on the legal side of lettings. Sarah has a strong background in sales and insurance.

Sarah is looking to complete the ARLA Residential Letting and Property Management Qualification this year. She is keen to learn all areas of the business with a focus on compliance.

Sarah is an avid reader and also used to competitively dance. Sarah now has a young child and likes to spend time on days out with him.

Claire England

Marketing

Position: Marketing for Rockett Home Rentals/Founder of Social Beans

Hi, I’m Claire, I love helping people and I love challenges and trying new things. I have spent just over 27 years in a B2B agency marketing environment and had the opportunity to work on some great projects with some amazing people.

Prior to moving into marketing and the agency world, I worked in the print industry. This knowledge has proved invaluable when working on campaign management. I worked on some huge corporate accounts and can apply my knowledge of print across anything from a basic business card to a complex booth design – not a lot phases me when it comes to managing print projects.

I enjoy helping people so much that in 2017 I decided to take the plunge and start my own marketing agency, Social Beans, and I haven’t looked back. Since starting alone, I have worked with letting agents, gyms, cleaning companies, science companies, aviation, catering, signage, and scaffolding companies. I love the diversity and love making things happen and getting results!

Outside work (and I am a bit of a workaholic), I enjoy walking with my two miniature schnauzers, Milo and Spencer, I like to keep fit, love a glass of wine or two, and my two boys keep me on my toes!. There is never a dull moment in the England household!

Bella

Sales & Barketing

Meet Bella who has joined us as a rescue dog. Bella loves people and will be the first person to greet you, if you visit our office. Bella will be involved in sales and marketing as with the relevant landlords permission we hope to use her for the occasional property shoots for social media.

Connor the Cat

Leisure and Nutrition Consultant

Connor was the office three legged rescue cat and his specialisms were sleeping and eating. Unfortunately at the grand old age of 20, he passed away in his sleep recently. He will be sorely missed by his owners and visitors to Rockett Home Rentals.

Minnie

Head of Sports and Social

Minnie the Jack Russell joined Rockett Home Rentals as Head of Sports and Social. As you will see from her photo, Minnie has one eye missing which means we had a one eyed dog and a three legged cat. Just to be clear, we did not get the pets discounted due to missing parts.

It was a balancing act keeping the pets apart, so we kept Connor in a cat bed raised up and out of Minnie’s eye line and Minnie spent the whole day begging and looking for food. No one dared put their bag on the floor after Minnie took a fancy to Bronwyn’s packed lunch and got part-way through eating her brownie. Minnie enjoyed barking at passing cats and loves all ball sports. Unfortunately Minnie developed Cancer and we had to take a very tough decision to end her suffering. She will be sorely missed by her owners and all at Rockett Home Rentals.
