Our selection of properties ranges from one bedroom apartments to large country houses so there is bound to be something to suit your needs.

We work solely in lettings and property management which means that our sales team is dedicated to helping you find the right property to rent.

As an ARLA accredited agent we uphold industry regulations which protect both the tenant and the landlord, and your deposit will be placed in an accredited deposit protection scheme.


Viewings will be conducted by one of our dedicated sales team who are knowledgeable about both our properties and the local area.

Application and Offer

Should you choose to rent one of our properties, you must present us with an offer of how long you would like to rent for and mention at this point if there are any special requirements e.g. pets.

Holding deposit

A holding deposit of £300 is required should you wish to make an offer to rent. This deposit will then be deducted from the final balance due.

We will conduct credit and reference checks on everyone aged 18 and over who would be residing at the property, and these assess your suitability to rent.


Once the administration fees have been paid and credit and reference checks have been passed, the final balance is due. This includes a deposit and the first month’s rent and must be paid in cleared funds ideally at least five days before the start of your tenancy. The holding deposit is deducted from this balance.

Tenancy Agreement

We will draw up the tenancy agreement and present you with a draft to review around five working days before your tenancy begins.

Moving in

One of our team will book you in at the property and show you how to use everything e.g. the central heating system, alarm system etc.
